Grapefest

Each year in September Grapevine puts on the largest wine festival in the Southwest and you
wanna make plans to attend. Experience all of Grapevine's wineries and don't forget to visit Off
The Vine a premier wine shop, Delaney Vineyards, La Buena Vida Vineyards . There are several
more wineries and there's plenty of wine tasting opportunities, competitive grape stomping, several
stages of live music and even a tennis classic. Enjoy the tasty food from all the different food stands
or relax at Willhoite's, Esparza's or Main Street Bakery.
Grapefest is really fun for the whole family! Take a trip on Grapevine's Vintage Railroad and
experience the thrill of riding in Victorian coach cars pulled by the vintage diesel locomotive. This
one hour round-trip excursion departs from the festival grounds.
For Texas wine lovers the People's Choice Wine Tasting Classic, the largest consumer judged wine
competition in the United States, is the best ticket of the day. Here you can taste about 90 wines in
90 minutes. You can also enjoy fine wines from around the world and great food at the Texas
Wine tribute. There are cooking demonstrations from award winning chefs and much more!
Grapevine is changing and growing so fast and it is only going to get better. I've been attending this
great event for the last 6 years and have enjoyed seeing it get better every year. Treat your friends
